Aurora Patterns is a traditional engineers patternmaker and operates from a well equipped factory in Woking, Surrey, UK.

All our staff come from a traditional pattern making background and use modern technology such as CNC machinery and Z-corp rapid prototyping to deliver fast and accurate products to our customers.

We have a wide range of customers including companies in Formula 1, Sportscar and Motorcycle Racing.

We also provide pattern and  model making services to architects and the aerospace and plastics industries,  including vacuum forming tools.

Naturally, the need for customer confidentiality prevents us from giving details of a large part of our work.
